Title:  Coordinator, HR

Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of employee records, coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding for the regions, payroll administration and manage invoicing with service providers, assist with monthly reporting across the regions, any benefit or people related projects and clerical duties assigned by Human Resource Manager to ensure proper communication to employees.




  • Create and maintain employee files and records by accurately completing forms, working with HR Shared Services (HRSS) team and informing employees of options to comply with company, state and federal regulations.
  • Assist employees with record changes and company policies by accessing policy information when requested to keep employees accurately informed.
  • Prepare HR Report (leave accrual), Monthly Sales Headcount Report and other statistical information for internal and external use across the regions.
  • Process any payroll related employee claims, coordinate payroll related tasks with both internal and external service providers to ensure accurate payroll information is processed each month for SEA and NEA regions.
  • Address any payroll related queries from employees as well as support any payroll audits related tasks across SEA and NEA regions.
  • Assists compensation and benefit programs and any people or benefit related projects as required.
  • Assists in maintaining the employee information in company defaulted superannuation fund for employees in Australia.
  • Assists in managing onboarding and off-boarding across the regions, working with HRSS to ensure up-to-date and accurate employee information are captured in SAP.
  • Assists in planning, organizing and conducting meetings for HR team, employee activity/ social events.
  • Any other duties as required.




  • Preferably with a Diploma in a HR or related discipline
  • Able to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.  Experience handling such information is preferred.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and demonstrated strong interpersonal skills in effectively dealing with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • A high level of initiative and be able to work effectively without constant, direct supervision.
  • Strong computer skills including the ability to word process using Word and create spreadsheets using Excel.
