Title:  Account Manager Cloud - China



The Strategic Cloud account team is a focused, technical, data center-oriented sales team.  The Strategic Cloud Account Manager is responsible for leading the regional matrix team taking an account-based management approach to selling.  They lead the development of short and long-term strategy for growing revenue, uncovering new opportunities, and identifying additional revenue streams.  Accountable for driving a focused effort on identifying customer technical requirements, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities. Coordinating across global regions interfacing with local CommScope sales and technical teams.




  • Preferably 10 years of related experience with a completed Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of related experience with a completed High School Diploma
  • Proven history of collaborative leadership
  • History of achieving revenue targets

  • Excellent eco-system relationships
  • Ability to manage through areas of conflict with partners
  • Proven leadership in a matrix organization
  • History of using a standard sales methodology and CRM
