Staff Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance full-stack components such as dashboards, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy new features for our software.
• Work with existing tools like Java, Python, JSP, REST APIs, Prometheus/Grafana, Linux, Docker, and Cloud environments.
• Actively contribute to improving product quality and stability through effective coding practices, testing, and debugging.
• Support and maintain existing systems while collaborating on the development of more complex projects within the NXT platform.
• Provide technical expertise and insights to continuously improve development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Full Stack Development, with hands-on experience in both front-end (JavaScript, JSP, etc.) and back-end (Java, Python) technologies.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, REST APIs, and modern cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience in automation frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex systems.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
