Title:  Specialist, HR

HR Specialist

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist manager to implement HR policies and procedures, continuously improve on HR operation standards;

2. Assist manager on staffing, training and development, performance appraisal, employee service including residence card, Hukou application etc.;

3. Assist manager to establish a good communication and relationship with employee, increase employee engagement and commitment to the company;

4. Well manage P-file and other documentation affairs;

5. Provide site monthly/yearly HR related data or other HR report if applicable;

6. Create PO, check monthly outsourcing labor cost and service fee in a time manner;

7. Provide a range of HR services to ensure an efficient and effective day-to-day support;

8. Assist ESC activities such as birthday party, family day, outing, annual dinner, teambuilding activities;

9. Other tasks as manager assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree;

2. 2-year working experience in HR operations in multi-companies, additional periods of specialist experience in recruitment, training and development are preferred;

3. Good command of both oral and written English;

4. Skilled in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

5. Excellent communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills;

6. Team player, well organized, logical thinking, good command of data analysis, ability to prioritize & solve problems independently;

7. Good time & process management, excellent documentation & file management skill;

8. Carefulness, integrity & sense of confidentiality;
