Title:  RF Engineer(功放射频电路设计)

•Responsible for 5G Base-station and Active-Antenna System PA module pre-study, design, integration and verification.
•Provide reasonable PA proposal according to system requirement, including link budget, power budget and line-up.
•Perform PA design simulations, design analysis and worst-case analysis. Generate PA analog block diagrams, schematics and derive PA performance. 
•Tuning and optimize radio performance.
•Participate in system level debugging and verification with FPGA/DSP, TRX and Antenna.
•Work with verification teams on devising and reviewing test plans.
•Provide technical support, resolve design issues for design team, NPI and production team.
•Keep study new tech continuously to maintain competition level.


Required Education and Experience:
•B.S degree or above, major in Microwave, wireless communication or equivalent. MS with 8+ years or BS with 10+ years.


Required Skills:
•Solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field, 5+ years experiences on 4G/5G power amplifier design.
•Familiarity with PA design and architectures: Doherty, Class A/AB, GaN, GaAs, LDMOS etc.
•Experience and familiarity with PA performance tuning and debugging with CFR/DPD.
•Understanding of digital communication theory with emphasis on EVM, BER and line-up Noise-Figure calculation.
•Skilled in automation test with RF test equipment and methodologies (spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, power meter and etc), familiarity with LabVIEW, Python or Matlab.
•Familiar with Radio simulation tools, such as ADS, MWO, HFSS etc.
•Familiar with CAD tools.
•Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, experiences on production support for PA and BS/AAS RF system products.
•With strong ability to learn new technique and willing to research up-to-date technique.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Good communication skill and team work spirit.
