Title:  Marketing Manager-Service Provider

Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Service Provider Marketing Manager to join our team. This role can be based at any major CommScope location within the Eastern Half of the US.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

 

This position will be responsible for orchestrating CommScope’s regional campaigns and programs to build reputation and generate demand for CommScope.  This includes regional level planning, campaign, tradeshows/events and sponsorship program execution, impact measurement, analysis and optimization to ensure alignment with our regional goals. This person is also responsible for providing regional market and customer input to support the global activities of the portfolio team and global campaign leaders. This position works closely with the sales account teams to support sales objectives.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSBILITES:

 

  • Responsibility for the regional field marketing and campaign approach, based on a clear understanding of the regional business objectives, market segment dynamics, buyer needs, sales and channel partner requirements, in collaboration with key stakeholders including the regional sales, portfolio and global campaign leaders.
  • Responsible for delivering the regional viewpoint and customer requirements into the Global Campaign leader to assist in the development of global campaign.
  • Responsible for delivering the regional viewpoint and customer requirements into the Global Portfolio lead to assist in the development of portfolio positioning based on buyer needs.
  • In collaboration with the global campaign leader, define regional objectives and suggest tactical mix for the programs within the campaigns – namely reputation building, demand creation, market research and sales and channel enablement.
  • Working with the regional business stakeholders and Global Campaign Leader, defines the regional marketing campaign and programs plan for the assigned segment within the region.
  • Liaise with global campaign leader on the campaign localization and execution of global campaigns.
  • Ensures regional campaigns and programs are aligned with brand messaging and positioning
  • Lead a team of regional marketing specialists in the creation and execution of region specific campaigns, content and programs
  • Ensure clarity of goals for each campaign and program in close collaboration with all key stakeholders.
  • Consult with global campaign leader to establish an agreed measurement strategy and metrics, based on the agreed campaign goals: collaborate with marketing operations to establish measure and optimize performance.
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources to support the agreed campaign strategy. Act as facilitator for questions on priorities, resources and timing.
  • Defines and executes region-specific campaigns and programs for regional product launches and key-portfolio promotions.
  • Interfaces with regional sales to ensure regional marketing plan is aligned with sales objectives.
  • Leverages Best Practices to create the best demand generation strategies, roadmaps and program/campaigns for a specific business segment and region.
  • Coordinate quarterly reviews with key stakeholders to report on campaign performance vs. goals.
  • Collaborate with our PR partners on media opportunities and social media programs to create thought leadership and mindshare.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree in related curriculum required
  • 5 years minimum in marketing with experience in management of marketing campaigns and/or field marketing in the region preferred
  • 5 years minimum commercial and market application background preferred
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and direct projects
  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen
  • Good experience and understanding of inbound, outbound and customer marketing techniques
  • Expertise in Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, and Customer Loyalty marketing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent skills in MS Office suite and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo)
  • Agency management experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Travel Required
