Marketing Campaign Specialist

Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. This is an onsite role, 5 days a week in Shakopee, MN area.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for agreed global B2B campaign execution in partnership with regional marketing, leveraging multiple marketing channels including in-bound marketing, SEM, social media, direct marketing, event marketing.
- Support the in-region execution of global and regional marketing campaigns with integrated campaign toolkits, marketing materials and sales tools to promote data center solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful campaign execution in alignment with agreed business, sales and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with SME, designers, writers, copyrighters and Marketing Content Specialist to create and execute campaigns that meet brand guidelines.
- Manage the business segment social media calendar and content plan to drive engagement and followers. Communicate plan internally and collaborate with corporate communications to align with global social media policy. Execute paid social: evaluate results and report back to teams.
- Monitor, measure, report and evaluate campaign success across multiple channels to maximize ROI and improve future campaign performance.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations to schedule and build campaigns in Marketo.
- Responsibility for database management and enhancements in line with best practices and processes as outlined by CommScope Marketing Operations team.
- Maintain an understanding of campaign best practices in the industry.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to execute on campaigns goals.
- Experience using Marketo (or equivalent CRM tool) to build out, execute, monitor, and report on marketing campaigns and programs.
- Work with IT to ensure campaign tools are up to date and available within Digital Asset Management platform.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing campaign management.
- Demonstrated capabilities in digital marketing techniques.
- Experience using Marketo (or equivalent CRM tool) to build out, execute, monitor, and report on marketing campaigns and programs.

- Organizational skills, project management and time management.
- Demonstrate multi-tasking skills, creativity and initiative, with attention to detail.
- Effective internal and external communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Analytic mindset and process and results driven.
- Industry Experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work with technical language.
- Can Operate in a globally matrixed Organization.

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $76,000.00-$97,000.00.
