Intern, NPI Engineering

The NPI Engineering Intern supports the development, implementation & improvement of existing manufacturing processes and new products under the guidance of experienced engineers. This internship provides hands-on exposure to process development, prototyping, and continuous improvement activities, preparing the intern for a future career in manufacturing engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and documenting manufacturing processes for new products.
• Provide basic input on design for manufacturability (DFM) during reviews.
• Support prototype builds, including setup and simple troubleshooting.
• Collect and analyze data for process optimization and yield improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of trials and updates.
• Participate in team meetings and share observations or suggestions.
• Help prepare reports and presentations for project updates.
