Digital Mktg & Communications Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist to support the execution of global marketing initiatives across our business segments. This early career role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who brings strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in digital marketing performance.

You will work closely with the Global Marketing team to execute social media and website content, support communications efforts, and contribute to data-driven marketing activities. This role offers exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day execution of social media content across designated platforms
  • Assist with website content updates, publishing, and basic content management tasks
  • Proofread and review content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other team members to support various communications and campaign initiatives
  • Track and report on basic performance metrics across digital channels
  • Assist in gathering and organizing data to support marketing insights and reporting
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Support additional marketing and communications activities as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and edit content effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Comfortable working with data and using it to support decision-making

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience managing or contributing to website content updates (CMS experience a plus)
  • Interest in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights platforms)
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and marketing technologies
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and positive, proactive approach

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $78,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
