Título:  Distribution Account Manager

We are looking for a Distribution Account Manager (DAM) for SOLA Region that will be in charge of the distributor’s relationship across the region, including Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia and Peru.

 

How You'll Help Us Connect the World.
The DAM will be the leader of these activities, needs to drive business customers transitions to new technologies through distribution, accelerating time to market and adoptions and must be the reference person for the CommScope ecosystem.
This position is responsible for the first step of the supply chain with distribution, needs to manage the whole sale process, with full interaction with key decision makers and will be the Trusted Advisor for Distribution Accounts.
They will manage new technologies and must have tech skills, in addition to soft skills. They must drive solution opportunity revenue and market share by leveraging CommScope’s portfolio for Infrastructure solutions, and must realize tangible business outcomes.
The DAM also needs to provide commercial consulting, added to expertise in imports regarding each country, recommends solutions to distributors in marketing areas, commercial actions and inventories. The Value Added Services approach will be imperative in order to drive new technologies in marketplace.


Required Qualifications for Consideration: 
•    +10 years of experience + Electronics/Telecommunications/IT solutions technology area.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Imports&Exports or related area.
•    Proficient in English Language (written and spoken).
•    Identifying unique and sophisticated business challenges and solutions.
•    Successfully displacing competitors.
•    Carrying and exceeding a large sales quota by driving and closing enterprise deals.
•    Demonstrated passion and dedication for customer success.
•    Develop new accounts and new scopes of works for CommScope.
•    Team Player
•    Self-Starter


You Will Excite Us If You Have:
•    Master's Degree.
•    Channel / distribution / key account / territory account / senior sales / product management experience.
•    Previous infrastructure experience/knowledge.
•    Familiarity with the CommScope product portfolio.
