We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the sales of fiber cables and fiber connectivity solutions within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and broadband sector, a deep understanding of fiber optic technology, and a proven track record in sales. This position reports to the Director of Broadband Sales, Middle East, and Africa.
HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD:
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming digital infrastructure across the Kingdom, leveraging your deep knowledge of fiber optic technology and your strong network within the telecom and broadband sectors. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and driving strategic growth in one of the region’s most exciting markets.
With a deep understanding of the Saudi telecom landscape, you’ll stay ahead of market trends, monitor competitor activity, and adapt your approach to maintain a competitive edge. Your mission will be to:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi market. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, market needs, and competitor activities. Use this data to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of fiber cables and connectivity products and solutions, staying updated on the latest industry developments.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our fiber connectivity solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance and market conditions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on fiber cables and connectivity solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi telecommunications and broadband market. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
