Title:  Training Coordinator

As a Training Coordinator in our Richardson, TX office you will be responsible for the coordination of training for our sales organization. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the execution of all Sales training activities including: Sales On-boarding, Continuous Improvement Training, Tools and Competition
  • Ensure training is effectively planned, prepared, and executed ensuring team skills meet expectation.
  • Gathering metrics related to effectiveness of training programs and tools
  • Interfaces with regional sales leaders, product line management, engineering, sales effectiveness team, HR, and customer experience

 

Competencies and Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2or more years of sales coordination experince preferred
  • Good planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen.
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and concepts.
  • General familiarity with learning content and delivery solutions.
  • Good delivery skills including teaching and facilitation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Self-motivated independent worker and team player
  • Proficient in MS office applications, including Visio and Project
  • Creative, strategic, and innovative planner and thinker
  • Passion for the sales profession
  • Ability to  travel 10%-20% including international travel
