Title:  Technical Services Intern: Summer 2022

Throughout the 12-week program, you will collaborate with some of the best in the industry, receive on-the-job training, and participate in professional development workshops, executive speaker series, and other networking and social events!  

 

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World 

As a Technical Services Intern, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving internal and external web pages and portals and implementing automated workflows. You will work closely with technical writing, product management, engineering, and support teams to maintain availability of up-to-date documentation, improve user experience, and facilitate project tracking.  This role will be based in Richardson, Texas (other locations in the US with a CommScope facility may be considered). 

 

You Will Make an Impact by 

  • Improving the user experience for external customer and internal stakeholders 

  • Ensuring that all content posted is up to date 

  • Implementing automated workflows for tracking of projects by various teams 

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration 

  • Junior or Senior standing in a BS or master’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, from an accredited university 

  • Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0  

  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Have experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate 

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team
