Title:  Sales Analyst

Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Analyst to join our team based in Richardson, TX.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and measure the pipeline funnel of the global sales team.
  • Develop models and provide predictive analysis of forward-looking forecasts
  • Implement data analyses and collection systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams
  • Conduct full sales-cycle analysis.
  • Interpret data to analyze results and recognize trends
  • Acquire and integrate data from primary and secondary data sources
  • Build and maintain databases, dashboards, and other Business Intelligence tools
  • Analyze and Increase effectiveness of sales data
  • Monitor data and provide recommendations to identify, implement, and control improvements to quality of data and processes

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Management, or Data Science. 
  • 5+ years proven experience in data or business analyst
  • Experience in operations, sales, finance or business intelligence
  • Experience working with large data sets performing data mining, reporting, and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to collect, organize, analyze large amounts of information, ability to build and test statistical models
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • A Self-Starter with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with sales
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Experience building and publishing reports, analytics, and/or views in PowerBI
  • Strong communication skills, adept at presenting findings
  • Experience with Python, R, VBA, SQL, Tableau, or SAP Business Objects is a plus
