Title:  Human Resources Generalist

CommScope is looking to add a Human Resources Generalist to support our global procurement, legal, and HR organization. This role will be based in Richardson, Texas.


How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

As an HR Generalist, you will provide Human Resources functional support for assigned areas by providing innovative, practical, and strategic human resource solutions that support the overall mission and goals. This includes employee recruitment and staffing, HR policy administration, salary and benefits programs, communications programs, and employee relations activities. This role has global accountability to the global HR Business partners and will provide timely in-region support for global functional leaders and support, build and implement programs, policies, procedures, and controls regarding employment and HR matters.


With this role, you will have the opportunity to understand and relate to customer needs and will work with key partners at all levels of the organization, in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. You will provide direction and training to leaders and managers including policy interpretation and application and assistance with various employee relations issues.


Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 5+ years of human resources experience with experience managing programs, processes, tools, and governance systems with an understanding of standard project management concepts.
  • 3+ years of HR data ecosystem and reporting tools along with proficiency with MS office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and keep project team members passionate about project tasks and assist in project evaluations, recommendations, and presentations.
  • Excellent social skills, and comfortable facilitating and presenting to all levels of an organization.

  • A willingness to work towards recognized professional qualifications, such as PHR.
  • Previous experience working with SAP and/or SuccessFactors.
