Title:  Supply Chain Systems Director

Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Systems Director to join the team in Richardson,Texas 



  • Facilitate strategic system roadmaps design and implementation within the supply chain function.
  • Provide system continuous improvement leadership through collaboration with functional/operations/site manager/director(s), executive sponsorship, and global business resources to deliver productivity and efficiency improvements. Develop overall Supply Chain Systems Continuous Improvement program, including KPI measurement and management.
  • Collaborate with supply chain functions to establish a three-year system transformation strategy and drive supply chain related systems design, development, testing, deployment, support & enhancement management.
  • Support the implementation of key manufacturing related systems process changes and manage manufacturing systems continuous improvement execution to enable CommScope's supply chain to meet its productivity, efficiency and profitability goals.   



  • Facilitate the design and implementation of a 3 year supply chain systems roadmap
  • Deliver productivity, efficiency and profitability through supply chain systems and business process continuous improvement.
  • Identify and evaluate top customer, revenue and profit improvement opportunities through a newly designed idea generation and funnel process.
  • Establish global ideation funnel process by working with partners such as IT & Finance.
  • Design and roll out a cross-functional process for projects ideation to post-close review.
  • Application of Six Sigma / facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops to drive efficiency and eliminate waste.
  • Management of analytics strategy, roadmap and team resources.
  • Work with manufacturing to support the development of a three-year systems strategy / ideation, including Factory of the Future (Factory 4.0).
  • Define business cases working with Finance and PMs, including As-Is and To-Be financial modeling.
  • Develop manufacturing systems and process solutions to support continuous improvement and transformation. Optimize direct & indirect labor relative to the transformation process.
  • Implement manufacturing solutions and processes, including system / process testing, training and launch support, working with IT & the functional SMEs.



  • A completed bachelor's degree.  Education in Engineering with concentration in Systems Analysis / Data Science / Operations Research preferred.
  • Fifteen (15) years Global Operational / Engineering / IT leadership experience in international organization.
  • ERP Experience, preferably with SAP
  • Best Practice Industry Framework Knowledge / Certification (ex. PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Prosci, SCOR. Continuous improvement tools / techniques / application experience.
  • Experience in managing programs across geographies and with diverse cultures.
  • Program, project, & PMO management expertise.
  • Supply chain processes and systems knowledge, solutions design.
  • Track record of successful program & system-wide deployments.
  • Data Science focused.
  • Problem Solving skills
