General Summary

Provides and maintains quality among the workforce, through the careful selection of candidates, as well as consistently maintains the interpretation and application of benefits and human resources policies to maintain high morale among the workforce and thereby increase productivity. employee satisfaction and reduced turnover.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Actively participates in the different human resources processes; recruitment and selection, development and training, compensation, employee relations, in accordance with corporate guidelines and local authorities.

Recruitment and Selection: is able to assist in the planning and procurement of the appropriate workforce, through the assessment of workforce needs in various departments. Coordinates resources and controls the process.

Empolyee Relations: Capable of being a facilitator of relationships between subordinate and superior, providing a consistent interpretation of corporate policies to maintain high morale and free union among the workforce. Update employee communication systems; through notice boards, screens, printed or electronic media. Manages the staffing levels required by the different assigned business units.

Training & Development: Able to assist in the development of new employees through company induction, offering individual assistance in clarifying position responsibilities and assigned objectives.

Compensations: Able to manage active employee compensation and benefits programs, and special projects to ensure program reliability.

Develops the different projects that are designated by management, using available administrative tools.

Prepares different reports as required by site and/or corporate management.

Has knowledge and use of the Entropy system.

Is aware of the responsibilities of the EHS system.

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in administrative or systems information areas.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in Human Resources, recruiting, labor relations.
  • Proficient in English language minimum 80% (written and spoken).
  • Schedule availability.
  • Strong communication skills, able to create and present executive presentations to leadership teams.
  • Strong data analysis skills, proactive, able to adapt to constant change, creative an innovative mindset.
  • Empathy and conflict solving skills to solve labor /administrative issues.
