We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a Supervisor, HR Shared Services located in Reynosa, Mexico.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World 
You will be responsible for shared services delivery in CALA for the HR shared services center’s activities which include but are not limited to general to sophisticated customer inquiries relating to benefits, compensation, and HR policies as well as ongoing transactional processing and data maintenance with the HR systems.

Supervises a team dedicated to delivering HR customer and transactional support to the CommScope workforce. 
•    Accountable for the distribution of work, the completion of active cases and tracking/driving performance of individual HRSS Reps as well as the collective team.
•    Provides direction in daily operations, procedures, processes, scheduling, statistical reporting and operational efficiency.
•    Hires, assesses and develops HRSS staff with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement, efficient performance/efficiency and customer focus.
•    Continuously reviews and evaluates internal operating processes, responsiveness, case tracking and knowledge base systems for improvement.
•    Monitors procedures for compliance, effectiveness, efficiency, and responsiveness to customer requirements and needs. Recommends process and system changes as accordingly.
•    Investigates and resolves sophisticated issues and problems pertaining to benefits, compensation, etc. that are escalated by HR Service Center reps. Partners with HR Centers of Excellence staff in implementing and communicating new and/or revised programs supported by the HR Service Center.
•    Training other HR employees on HR systems and related processes in support HR Shared Services functions.

Required Qualifications for Consideration
•    Bachelor’s Degree in related area.
•    8+ years experience in an HR Service Delivery environment in one or more HR functional areas.
•    Proficient in English Language (written and spoken) is required.
•    Professional interpersonal and teamwork skills to facilitate trainings with customers and members of other HR Functions.
•    Analytical and problem-solving ability, independent thinking, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
•    Knowledge of computers, relevant and applicable client/service applications.
•    Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and be team oriented.
•    General knowledge of common Human Resources programs, procedures, and benefits through ongoing training.

You Will Excite Us if you Have
•    A strong understanding of human resources policies, procedures and benefits.
•    Prior experience leading direct reports.
•    Experience in SAP / Success Factors Systems.
•    HR Service Center, HR Generalist/Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, HRIS, etc.) experience.
