Throughout the 2-year program, you will move through 3-8-month or 2-1-year rotations (dependent on the business) where you will be tasked with challenging and business-critical projects. Dedicated mentors and professional development workshops with our diverse network of talent and senior leaders will provide you with a solid foundation for a successful career.
During the final rotational assignment, participants will receive assistance applying for open positions at CommScope which meet their career goals.

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World
As a Product Line GRP, you will play a meaningful role in the management of our fiber drop cable assembly portfolio. With the support of your manager and other PLMs, you will manage the portfolio and financial performance of the product line. Teamwork is key as you will work with other PLMs to build business plans, cost targets, pricing guidance, and channel recommendations for new products. You may not be familiar with CommScope, but you are likely more familiar with us than you realize. CommScope is at the forefront of innovating communication products and solutions to meet the demands of our increasingly connected society. We make communication faster, easier, and more efficient in today’s always-on world.
This role will be based in Apex, North Carolina.

Required Qualifications for Consideration
- 0-2 years of experience with a degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Marketing, or another related field
- Must be geographically mobile since locations may vary based on business needs, and participants may be required to relocate for rotations (relocation assistance provided)
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
- Military-Affiliated candidates encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, and Guard/Reservists)
You Will Excite Us If You
- Have a previous Internship or Co-Op experience
- Bring strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Show the ability to use analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
