We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team! This role will be based in Pineville, NC and you’ll be in the office five days a week.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
This role will encourage and cultivate customer relationships for current/potential customers by applying knowledge of Cable Exchange products and capabilities as CRM processes and procedures. This role is accountable for customer service relating to serving customer orders from the point of sale up to and including the time the order ships and invoices. This may include but is not limited to: order input, order scheduling, expediting, tracking, coordinating alternative materials as needed, and meeting customers' expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow developed procedures pertinent to the efficiency of Customer Service operations and develop new procedures as necessary.
- Oversee programs and procedures to guarantee on-time delivery while maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Company’s systems and processes.
- Facilitate order management from order receipt through invoicing to the customer with an understanding of supply chain capabilities and current status.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction and appreciation
- Address and resolve customer concerns by displaying excellent company process knowledge, strong skills in arbitration, and preparing supporting documentation.
- Develop a knowledge of Cable Exchange and relevant Commscope products to service internal and external customers, business partners, and sales organizations.
- Report and lead daily sales/production reports and metrics.
- Communicate with the Sales and Planning organization to anticipate projects, completion timetables, and potential scheduling issues.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Customer Service or sales support experience
- High School Diploma
Preferred Skills:
- B2B Customer Service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and multi-tasker
- Understand technical information and product specifications
