Sales Manager UK Infrastructure

We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager, U.K. Infrastructure to support our Outdoor Wireless Network U.K. Infrastructure business. This role will be instrumental in supporting the growth of the infrastructure business in the U.K in both the short and medium term.

What to Expect:

As Sales Manager, you will identify new opportunities and develop new customer relationships to enable incremental business. You will provide customer feedback to our product management and engineering teams to lead the development of the infrastructure solutions of the future. The foundation to build the incremental business on is CommScope’s market leading position delivering turnkey capability related to the design and deployment of fully integrated cabinet and structure products with power and communications enablement.

You will ensure that the appropriate resources are engaged to participate in all sales activities and close sales opportunities.  You will formulate, develop, and implement business and sales action plans at the country and tactical level.  Ultimately you will be responsible for all regional financial goals and the ongoing development of the U.K. infrastructure business portfolio and customer base.

 

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Developing recommendations on growth, opportunities for growth and key target accounts.
  • Coordinate with product management to assesses incremental or adjacent market opportunities and develop business plans and product and solutions roadmaps.
  • Keeping up to date on relevant driven solutions, products, and services.
  • Owning the revenue and demand forecasting, account planning and other tasks required to meet financial objectives.
  • Being a brand ambassador who is actively engaged in the industry and viewed as a thought leader and strategist.

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Self-starter with a consistent track record of success with the ability to work successfully in virtual and in-person teams.
  • Strong strategic market and customer knowledge.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling teamwork and clear communications.
  • Technically capable of working directly with engineering to ensure product and service offerings meet customer requirements.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills both verbal and written form.
  • Open to travel as required.

 

You Will Excite Us If:

  • You have Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business subject, an appropriate higher degree would beneficial but not essential.
  • Have a technical or business background with several years’ experience in the U.K. Infrastructure market.
  • Have familiarity with infrastructure customers and competition within the marketplace
  • Have a validated ability to quickly build new relationships, navigate complex organizations and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Have active contacts within the industry.
