We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our wider EMEA Customer Experience team from our offices in 46047 Oberhausen, North Rhine-Westphalia for our clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.


The EMEA Customer Experience Team supports the Outdoor Wireless Network (OWN) segment and is the main customer liaison for their orders, with members in Spain, the UK, and now Germany. This includes customer queries, and order intake issues, in a complex and exciting B2B environment.


How You'll Help Us Connect the World


As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in crafting the customer experience at CommScope. By forging positive relationships with both customers and internal teams, and delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impact.


As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as a central figure, providing crucial support to our Business Segments and acting as the primary point of contact for customer orders. In this multifaceted role, you will handle customer queries, lead all aspects of order intake and management, and ensure the successful delivery of goods within a complex B2B environment. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving our go-to-market strategy, empowering our sales teams, and directly addressing customer needs through efficient query resolution and order management.


In this position, you will have the opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service, taking full ownership of resolving queries and meticulously managing customer orders from the initial sale through to delivery and invoicing. By collaborating seamlessly with multiple functions, you will not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations, ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:


  • Previous experience in a data-driven environment within a matrix and multinational organisation.

  • Experience in SAP and Microsoft tools especially Excel knowledge.
  • German almost native and English proficient.
