CommScope is looking to add an Account Manager to be responsible for driving sales in DACH and Eastern Europe regarding Outdoor RF Wireless products, services, or solutions. This role is 100% remote and candidates can be based anywhere in Austria preferably other locations will be taken into consideration, with travel required around the region. This role will contribute to the Outdoor Wireless Network (OWN) business segment, supporting the backbone of outdoor cellular and Wi-Fi systems. 


Step into the role of a relationship builder and a growth driver. You will be the primary contact for customers in your region, establishing and championing professional relationships at all levels. Your proactive approach will ensure that you optimally plan and direct sales activities, providing valuable information about new products and solutions to new and existing customers.


Your expertise in RF products will be a game-changer. By understanding the unique requirements of each customer, you will match their needs with the right solutions. You'll play a meaningful role in the sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting compelling solutions and negotiating deals. 


As a dedicated problem solver, you'll approach challenges with an inquisitive mind and a determination to find solutions. Your enthusiasm, passion, and drive will be evident as you build positive relationships with customers and grow with the business. 


Your ability to build trust and rapport with clients will be essential to your success. Your financial achievements and your position as a trusted advisor to your customers will be key indicators of your performance.

-  3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, inside sales, and account management within a technology or telecommunication environment.

-  Fluent in German and English, written and oral

-  Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time


-  RF Product/Service/Solution Knowledge

-  Previous experience working fully remote taking ownership of own arrangements.

-  Previous experience with mobile operators in the region
