Title:  Sales Engineer (Ruckus Networks)

Due to growth and customer demand, CommScope is looking to add a Sales Engineer to our Ruckus sales team. The ideal candidate will be based in the Delhi NCR

 

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

The Presales Engineer would typically have a strong background in networking and a deep understanding of the company's products and solutions. They would also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires a strong technical background and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Assessing customer needs and providing technical solutions to meet those needs
  • Demonstrating the features and capabilities of the company's products to customers
  • Responding to technical questions and RFPs/RFIs
  • Providing pre-sales support and training to the sales team
  • Supporting the development of sales proposals and presentations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
  • Staying current with industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Identifying and communicating new product or solution opportunities to the product management team

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering; Computer Programming; Information Technology; Management Information Systems; Computer Science; Mathematics with preferably 8 years of experience working with wireless/wired technologies

OR Equivalent networking certifications and 10 years of experience and verified track record needed

 

Must have Strong networking background in Wireless/RF, Switching/Routing, Secure Access protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac, 802.1x, VLANs, STP, OSPF, RIP, BGP, Multicast, MPLS, etc.

Must have Solid Understanding of sales cycle

Configuration of complex wireless and LAN environments.

Ability to steer and structure the BOQ to help us win against competition and try to get the customer mind share

Strong Interpersonal skills, as this role is one, who talks to CXO level customers and involves in events, meetings and seminars with the end customers.
