Sr. Manager, Sales

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to be based in Mumbai, India. This candidate needs to have experience in sales and would be accountable for driving sales in West India region.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

  • Proactively lead key named accounts within the region, handling existing revenue streams whilst driving new growth and business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of relationships and contacts within all major service providers at a variety of levels, enabling effective sales and strategy.
  • Solve Issues to maintain and strengthen relationships.
  • Leadership - Provide direction to, and work together with, CommScope’s sales engineering, product management, operations, and other functions within the business to i) deliver financial results and ii) provide outstanding account management
  • Placing CommScope’s Purpose, Vision, and Values (Act with Integrity, Innovation for customer success Continuously improve, Win as one Team) at the forefront of account management and new business development.
  • Work in CommScope’s best interests to carry out business in an ethical and accountable manner, in line with CommScope’s policies at all times!

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • A background spanning over 10 years in sales and account management.
  • An exceptional talent for not only establishing but also nurturing positive relationships with existing clients, thereby fostering the growth of revenue streams.
  • Exhibiting a strong grasp of Telecom networks, underscoring your technical prowess.
  • Bringing a valuable background in selling to or through service providers, with a penchant for managed services that's highly preferred
  • Validating your ability to swiftly forge new relationships, adeptly navigate intricate organizational structures, and wield influence across multiple collaborators.
  • Highlighting a meticulously documented track record of successful endeavors, showcasing your outstanding accomplishments.
  • Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, willing to act with professional interpersonal skills.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:
