Title:  Manager, Sales

General Summary

This is a sales function reporting to the Regional Manager, North India. The role will ensure additional demand generation and revenue generation in East Region, Bhutan and Bangladesh.  The TM will be key to bringing in new opportunities, drive relationship with existing  customers and partners and will be a quota carrying sales person.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive net new revenue for the CommScope Ruckus business
  • To position the Ruckus brand preference in the Enterprise accounts
  • To drive Executive engagements with customers
  • Make and deliver Solutions presentations to customers working along with the presale’s teams
  • Identify, engage and onboard new channel partners in conjunction with Channel team
  • Responsible for East / B’desh / Bhutan – Ruckus Product Sales
  • Drive the run rate business working closely with the top Distributors for the territory
  • Meet the revenue Targets set by his manager

 

RELATED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE                    

Preferably with a Bachelor’s in related curriculum such as Engineering with 3+ years of experience

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Solid Written and spoken Communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the wired and wireless markets, products, competition, channel landscape
  • Negotiate and Close sales at the executive level
  • Domain knowledge of the customers business
  • Ability to build and execute a business plan
  • Strong understanding of server, storage and security business
  • Pleasant personality with an ability to build long term relationships
