CommScope is looking to add a Territory Account Manager to our RUCKUS team to be based in Montreal or Quebec and will help to support our networking product portfolio.

This is a meaningful role responsible for driving revenue, growing market share, and the development of strong Customer and Partner relationships and new business development. Here, you will own the execution of the sales go-to-market strategy across the territory, and work with channel partners to apply a hands-on approach to driving sales and channel functions. The ideal candidate will have an interest in identifying, managing, and promoting Wi-Fi and Ethernet switching infrastructure products across this territory. Come connect your future!


Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 5+ years related experience with experience supporting and participating in team sales initiatives where applicable by assembling and presenting pertinent information for assigned accounts.
  • Skilled in customer focus with demonstrated success in positioning and selling IT/Networking solutions to end-users through a distribution channel.
  • Results-focused with the ability to encourage and influence others as well as build trust and respect
  • A proven strategic partner development with an understanding of what Partner success looks like.
  • Well-established territory sales experience working with Enterprise and Government.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written – able to capture relevant information and optimally document and articulate findings to senior leadership and bilingual (French and English).
