Title:  Inside Sales - CALA

Working closely with the CommScope field sales teams and field sales management to identify goals that will maintain existing business and position CommScope's solutions for new business to end users through our eco-system. This individual will jointly be responsible to regional revenue targets. In Scope Competencies: Business Acumen, Drive for Results, Developing
Direct Reports, Building Effective Teams and Motivating Others.



Bachelor's degree required.  A business or technical major is ideal but not required. recent graduates are welcome.

 1 - 2 years of selling experience is preferred

Strong communication skills - verbal and written

Motivation and eagerness to learn, strong interpersonal skills

Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish), Portuguese is a Plus
