CommScope is looking to add a Project Manager to join our team in Mexico City.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
Provide project management leadership with business Process improvement opportunities through collaboration and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, direct manager, executive sponsorship, and global business resources. Is responsible for leading the management, the planning, execution and control of the projects, managing reporting mechanisms and identifying and managing risks. Defines clear project or program goals as part of business case development and ensures that objectives are met in terms of time, cost, and quality.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in related curriculum.
- 3-5 years of related experience in sales, account management, channel management or related fields.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Availability to work in flexible shift.
- Ability to drive vehicles- valid driver's license.
- MS Office
- English (Fluent)- 80%

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for direct support of internal and external customers to provide technical assistance on assigned products and be an active member of the sales team to represent the company products.
- Support turn-key projects with internal and external customers according to CommScope process.
- Responsibilities include administrative support on executing channel sales strategies aligned with company goals, monitoring partner sales activities and tracking KPIs to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Support and coordinate regular business reviews and performance evaluations with partners.
- Resource control: Manage materials, tools and personnel, optimizing efficiency in network implementation.
- Quality supervision: Ensure compliance with technical regulations, quality standards and local regulations.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate technical, logistical, and financial risks during the development of the project.
- Communication and reporting: Maintain constant communication with clients, suppliers and stakeholders, presenting progress reports, incidents and key metrics.
- Process optimization: Implement improvements in the project’s process.
- Assist with alignment of cross-functional teams toward goals by consistently and frequently reinforcing the project direction.
- Develop, execute, and accept accountability for actionable projects and initiatives.
- Provide overall project leadership and management of specific strategic initiatives
- Manage multiple projects effectively.
- Lead the business units toward best practice processes and techniques via the delivery of successful project-related measurable results.
- Development and measuring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each project in relation to overall effectiveness.
- Develop and utilize standardized project management methodology that drives the most efficient forum for successful results of processes to capture, record, and communicate value improvements realized by the various teams and initiatives.
- Develop standard communication processes to keep all areas of the organization informed on all aspects of each project.
