Are you a skilled leader with a passion for ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time? We're seeking a driven Customer Service Manager Building & Data Center Connectivity to our team in Europe based in Madrid (Spain)

 

Reporting to our VP of Customer Experience, this role is accountable for developing and advising a world-class customer care organization. Here, you will develop strategies, strategic goals, and programs to meet revenue targets and business unit goals while improving overall customer happiness. 


HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD:


Your role will involve coordinating the timely completion of work assignments and communicating schedules to team members. 

 

You'll work closely with Planning, Material Handling, and Shipping & Receiving departments to ensure orders are produced and delivered according to ship schedules. In addition to resolving any issues that may arise, you'll lead daily meetings and train and mentor team members. You'll also facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and meetings to ensure our team operates at its best.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

 

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) with 5-8 years of customer service leadership experience with a dedication to building and leading successful teams.
  • 2+ years of experience working with SAP.
  • A proven track record of consistently identifying, attracting, and developing “A” level talent. Able to attract key individuals.
  • Ability to build and run a well-oiled customer service organization while implementing a detailed, measurable, and repeatable process.
  • Proven experience handling disagreement in a respectful, optimistic way.
  • Well-founded cultural sensitivity with the ability to maintain relationships globally.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written – able to collect relevant information and effectively document and articulate findings to senior leadership.
