Now we are hiring a dynamic and self-starter Inside Sales Account Manager to join our multicultural and multinational EMEA Ruckus Team. The ideal candidate will be based in Madrid.

How You'll Help Us Connect The World

You will demonstrate CommScope’s Ruckus Networks technology, brand, and global market leadership to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams, through direct engagement of End Users and proactive management of nominated Partner base to close revenue.


Expectations for this role include being responsible for driving profitable, sustainable growth in the relevant line of business accounts through expanding client/partner relationships, developing solutions to existing accounts, and prospecting with non-users of the CommScope Ruckus portfolio.


Grow our Tier 2 Partners, directly manage medium-sized deals with end users, and serve as the primary outbound prospecting engine. You will develop to become our next generation of field talent in the country.


We seek an outstanding professional to operate profitably, balanced growth enabled through effective account coverage, account planning, and the creation of opportunities harnessing the full input of your virtual team (e.g., Sales Specialists, Professional Services, and/or Field Sales).

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • High Level of English and native level of Italian/Spanish and French.
  • Knowledge of the IT sector. Understanding the Sales Cycle and a consistent track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals. Professional knowledge of or similar CRM solutions.
  • Demonstrates aptitude for account mapping and usage of online tools and resources to conduct research and due diligence to understand client business drivers.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships.
  • High energy, commitment, and dedication to exceeding company goals.
  • Demonstrates drive and determination to achieve objectives and overcome obstacles to deliver results.
