Inside Partner Enablement Executive

CommScope is looking to hire an Inside Partner Enablement Executive to join our RUCKUS team based in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Partner development including the acceleration of high potential Partners in EMEA. The successful candidate will also be the RUCKUS Partner Program subject matter in EMEA and be responsible for ensuring our sales organization are fully utilizing the program to recruit, develop and incentive our Partner community
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
The successful candidate will be accountable for growing Certified and Elite Partner POS through driving and managing specific programs and initiatives including:
- Providing ongoing training and support to our Partner Sales team and our Elite / Mastiff Partners on our Partner Program to ensure the Program is fully understood and utilized to gain competitive for RUCKUS.
- The development and execution of programs to increase the number of RUCKUS Elite Partners. This will include reviewing our Certified Partners to identify Partners that can be developed and promoted.
- The development and execution of training and certification programs with named MASTIFF and Elite Fast Track Partners to ensure these Partners permanently achieve and maintain Elite status.
- Providing ongoing feedback to the Global Channel organization on how our Partner Program can be optimized.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- At least three years’ experience in a Partner enablement or development role for a multinational IT Vendor.
- At least three years’ experience in driving the adoption and utilization of a Partner Program for a multinational IT Vendor.
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills and be an excellent verbal and written communicator in English. A second language would be a distinct advantage.
- Have great presentation skills and be comfortable presenting on-line and in person
- Be result focused, with the ability to encourage and influence others, inside and outside our business whilst building commitment, trust and preference for RUCKUS in the Channel.
- Willingness to undertake international travel, approximately 20% of role.
- Can thrive within a highly matrixed environment.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is TBC.
