How You'll Help us Connect The World


This is a key operational role within the Pricing Operations (Deals Desk) team for the Ruckus Business Unit. The focus of this challenge resides in successfully support the development of winning complex non-standard, high-value deals while ensuring company performance standards and profitable goals are being met.


The EMEA Senior Pricing Specialist (Deals Desk Manager) plays a critical role and requires strong communication capabilities with the ability to work efficiently across various functional areas and executive levels of the business, you are an independent problem solver, able to make decisions and recommendations concerning deal pricing and related business issues.


You are a trusted advisor to Sales executives in the EMEA region for activities tied to the analysis, structuring, review, and approval of sales opportunities, and other commercial terms with partners and customers.


Required Qualifications for Consideration


  • University Degree: Business or Finance preferred.
  • Proven working experience (minimum 4 years) in Pricing (Deals Desk), or related sales operations exposure.
  • Proficient in English at all levels, written and spoken.


You Will Excite Us If You Have


  • Familiarity with CRM (preferably SFDC, but alternatively MS Dynamics).
  • Flexibility to adapt to EMEA time zones and varying workloads.
  • Proficiency in EU languages.
