We are looking for candidate for a Customer Service & Quotes Representative role to be part of our dynamic team, helping deliver top-quality customer service while managing critical pricing and order processes. The candidate shall be based in Spain working 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in our office and 2 days homeworking (Monday and Friday).
HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD:
As a Customer Service & Quotes Representative at CommScope, you will take ownership of customer inquiries, manage the end-to-end order process, and handle project-specific pricing strategies to ensure smooth operations and profitability. You will collaborate with both internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Finance) and external business partners to ensure that orders are processed accurately, timely, and aligned with company financial targets. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a deep understanding of pricing and order management.
You will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email quickly and accurately. Enter and manage purchase orders in the ERP system, resolving any issues and overseeing the entire order process. Stay updated on products and market trends through training and meetings. Approve project pricing requests, manage discounts, and ensure financial targets are met. Analyze project profitability, adjust pricing, and ensure competitive positioning. Audit credit requests and provide detailed pricing analysis. Monitor competitor activity, report pricing conflicts, and collaborate on pricing tasks. Ensure the security and accuracy of pricing data, contribute to process improvements, and provide pricing updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Monitor key metrics like profitability and discounts for accurate reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• Fluent English is necessary.
• Proven experience in project pricing, order management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate and assess profitability and pricing.
• Expertise in ERP systems, MS Dynamics, SAP and data integrity management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in pricing, data entry, and order management.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and competitor analysis in a technical or production environment.
