Title:  Principal Software Engineer

Principal Software Engineer responsible of leading software test automation development for next generation ARRIS XE4202 Remote OLT and E6000 EPFM 10G EPON products.  As the software lead you will design and develop the software automation processing platform and product test suites.  Provide ongoing software maintenance, support and enhancements for existing automation systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related and 10 years of work experience

GPON and EPON DPoE 2.0; E6000 CMTS/CCAP DOCSIS technologies; Network Protocols and Standards (including Ethernet 802.3, IPv4/IPv6, L2 MAC, VLAN, ARP, DHCP, DNS, STP/RSTP, PIM, IGMP, SIP, LACP, Link Aggregration, QOS, TOS, Access Control List, IPsec/MACsec, RIP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, SNMP,Programming Languages: C,C++, Python, PEWral, TCL and Shell Scripting; Operating Systems Linux, Windows, VxWorks; Test Equipment ( including Ixia, Spirent TestCenter, Spirent Abacus, Spirent SmartBits); Source COde Control Systems and Bug Trackers (inlcuding ClearCase, ClearQuest, CVS, Jiri); and Agile Development Methodology.
