We are hiring a Assistant Facility Manager to be onsite (five-days a week) for our Lisle, IL office.   

 

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

The Assistant Facility Manager will support the Regional Senior Facility Manger in overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and repair, ensuring efficient and safe functioning of the facility, while managing vendors, budgets, and compliance with safety regulations. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing facility operations,
  • Oversee housekeeping, security and vendor management
  • Basic office administrative tasks ( Ordering / Managing café / Stationery / VC arrangements and other basic administrative tasks )
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Management budgets, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
  • Support facility upgrades and renovations
  • Participate and implement facility infra support during any site relocations, expansions, or resizing of the sites
  • Site Facilities expense tracking and budget monitoring

 

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field
  • Five or more years of facility maintenance experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

 

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • Certification in facility management ( IFMA, BIFMA)
  • Experience with CMMS software
  • Project management skills
  • Familiarity with local labor and other basic statutory laws

 

 

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $76,000 - $97,000.

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
