Title:  Intern - Supply Chain (12-month placement)

This role is ideal for students who are eager to roll up their sleeves and make a difference, students who love to work with/implement processes and have an active interest business operations. As a Supply Chain/Operations Intern, you will work with numerous logistical, operational and supply chain initiatives to help the business manage relationships with customers and suppliers alike. 


The primary purpose of Commscope internship is to help students gain professional experience through working on live projects that add value to the CommScope business. 


Some of the areas that you will gain experience in include:

-  Demand Planning - engage and support the regional forecast for the overall business Sales and Operations plan.

-  Performing Support analytics in relation to Customer forecast variation and supply performance.

-  Business Demand Planning: develop tools to improve demand planning accuracy

-  Driving Supply Chain Strategy and Improvement for the business with goal of improving customer satisfaction and business flexibility while reducing cost and inventory requirements

-  Analysing new business requirements and identifying most effective Supply Chain approaches to achieve requirements

-  Inventory management and analysis

-  Working on strategic supply chain design and scenario planning - working on data analysis in support of business cases

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters' degree program in Business, Economics or related subjects
