Title:  Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are responsible for the technical support/aspects of your dedicated production area(s) and projects with focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity and delivery performance.


  • Study, develop, implement and optimise manufacturing processes for existing and new products within approved budget, following CommScope Safety and Quality standards.
  • Drive TPM program across the dedicated area: maintenance plans, spare part availability, instructions and productivity follow-up.
  • Take part in cross-functional teams as expert of the processes within your responsibility.
  • Train colleagues, technicians and operators in the use of processes and methods.



Your Profile:


  • Master degree in Electromechanical engineering.
  • 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and Six sigma is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and vision systems is an advantage.
  • Flexible and open mindset, anticipating on a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently/self-directed.
  • Eager to drive his/her own development.
  • Team player, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • A good knowledge of Dutch and English is required
