We are looking for Supervisor III, Production (Superintendent, 2nd Shift) to join our Praderas Team in Juarez Chih., Mex.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

• Coordinates Production Supervisors and Production Team Leaders and direct labor.
• Assure that the team follows safety and quality procedures and rules.
• Assure that production follow up production schedule.
• Provide support to the team to meet goals.
• Develop and generate reports according with plant KPI’s (Efficiency, Quality, 5’s and Safety mainly).
• Assure that the team follows ethics and integrity policy and internal rules.
• Assure that all the team is trained to develop the assigned tasks according with the procedures stablished.
• Follow up production plan and execution.
• Follow up and maintain Labor Efficiency and corrective actions when out of goal.
• Maintain and improve CPI system.
• Assure support areas are aligned with production plans and needs.
• Promote and apply safety rules and procedures.
• Promote and apply quality culture and procedures.
• Require DL and IDL according with volume and capacities. 
• Understanding and following the requirements of the EHS Policy, Standards, and relevant facility and operations EHS procedures.

 Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering Industrial, Mechanic, Electronic, Mechatronics / Business Administration).

• +3 years of experience in a similar position.
• English 60% written, spoken desirable.
• Lean Manufacture culture.
• Certification- Six sigma- desirable.
• Personnel Management, high volume of HC +300.
• Knowledge SAP System.
• Knowledge Tress System.
• Schedule availability.
