General Summary

 

 

  • Coordinate activities of Quality Assurance program through site Quality Systems on raw materials, product on process and finish product.
  • Assure compliance with ISO 9000 and TL9000 requirements.
  • Manage all activities and resources required to perform this position.
  • Will manage and supervise quality inspectors and quality technicians.
  • If required by quality manager will manage Quality Supervisors or Quality Engineers.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

 

  • Coordinate Assurance and Quality Control activities.
  • Dealing with intercompany and customer notifications related to assigend production area.
  • Run reports and updates to support decision making process in quality.
  • Promote and practice structured continuous improvements through the use of quality tools.
  • Improve effectiveness of Quality management systems through participation in internal audits, management reviews and document reviews. Facilitate effective corrective actions.
  • Identify and report quality problems or trends. Assit in identifying and eliminating the root causes of these problems.

  • This position/function must be responsible to understand and follow the Environment, Health and Safety Management System, its Policy, the standard and applicable procedures.

  • Experience 2-4 years in quality department or equivalent.
  • Must have advanced proficiency on English, written and oral communication skills.
