We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Juárez, Praderas Team, this position is ON-Site.

How You'll Help us Connect the World

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute software strategies to align with Operations.
Support the global and molding operations.
Lead software development projects to improve Operations and Quality on a product level.
Manage applications and database server used in the production environments.
Maintain project schedules and expedite tasks as needed to support project timelines. Publish periodic schedule status for each project and elevate delay issues to appropriate management representatives.
Stay in alignment with current industry standard software development trends and changes.
Incorporate lean initiatives & improvements in the manufacturing and operations function within the project framework.
Maintain existing code base, C#, .NET, SQL, for the SAM Molding MES application
Add new features to SAM Molding MES application
Support Operations / Quality / Engineering teams in their use of SAM Molding MES application
Document process and features within the SAM Molding MES application

Required Qualifications for Consideration

Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related.
Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
2-5 years experience in software development (C#).
2-5 years working experience with Microsoft .NET Stack, Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong communication and presentation skill to all levels of the organization.
Self-starter, results-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Consistently strives to create, develop, and implement additional procedures, systems, programs, and processes aimed at continuous improvement, quality, and customer enhancement.
