We are looking for a Molding Engineer to join our Juarez, Mexico Team.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

Responsible for evaluating the injection molds and machinery in the molding area, he is responsible for making samples or pilot runs of all the molds in the different machines, performing the processes to manufacture the products that meet the specifications and requirements of Engineering and Quality at the appropriate cost.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordination of pilot runs or evaluation of new processes or products.
• Participate in the selection of machinery and equipment for the molding area.
• Responsible for the selection of equipment and machinery for manufacturing processes.
• Responsible for the engineering documentation of the process.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related area (preferred)
• 8 years of related experience Molding.
• English language (is a plus)
• Good knowledge of mold making injection molding and molding resins.
• Working independently and in a team as well.
• Scientific Molding.
• Leadership.
•  Good Expertise on machines Engel, Roboshot, Haitian, Milacron, Toshiba
