CommScope is looking to add a Technician III, Test to join our team in Bermudez I Plant, Juarez Chih., Mex.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

This position is responsible for working with test engineers to test fiber optic products.

Education and Experience Required

• Associate’s degree in related curriculum such as mechanical engineering technician, electronic systems technician, metrology technician, etc.

Skills Required

• Solid communication skills including excellent writing skills and fluency in English – 70%.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Skilled at planning and ability to pay attention to details.
• Ability to effectively work within a team environment.
• May be required to do physical lifting up to 40 pounds.

Strongly Desired Skills/Experience

• Experience with testing fiber optic products per international and domestic industry standards.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel to analyze data using formulas and graphs.
• Experience in a laboratory environment.

• Experience in fixture development.
