Supervisor I, Maintenance

The world’s most sophisticated networks rely on CommScope connectivity. We are looking for Maintenance I Supervisor (2nd. Shift) to join our Bermudez Team.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

Under indirect supervision, it designs, improves and manages preventive and corrective maintenance plans for production line facilities and their equipment. Supervises a group of technicians who perform maintenance activities to maintain equipment and facilities.

Meets the objectives set by the company and its direct manager.  Support and participate in improvement plans, such as: 5's, kaizen, security, CAPA, cost savings, etc. Design and implement the necessary facilities to support the production equipment facilities e.g. Electrical and pneumatic circuits, installations, diagnostics and troubleshooting, etc.

 Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree: Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical
• Experience in a similar position of 6 years.
• English 80%

Required Competencies

• Electricity and electrical control.
• Welding and assembly of line facilities.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems, TPM, proactive and predictive maintenance, etc.
• MSOffice, SAP.
• Proactive, dynamic and supervisory skills.
