CommScope is looking to add a Supervisor, Production Planning to join our team in Bermudez Plant in Juarez Chih., Mex.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
Responsible for supervising the correct materials planning and material flow of the assigned areas. Keep constant communication with production to make sure the plan has been followed in the correct sequence. He or She supervises a group of planners and ensures the plans are elaborated following the priorities established by the business (sales, PLM).
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Related Area.
- +8 years’ experience in planning area.
- 5 years’ experience in materials.
- Proficient in English Language (written and spoken) 90% minimum.
- 1-2 years supervisor/management experience.
- SAP Knowledge (IM, PP, QZ, FI, OP, WM).
- Microsoft Office Skills- Advanced.
- Proactive.
- Proven ability to effectively interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines.
- Availability to travel.
- Logistics, Operations knowledge.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads materials team to meet KPI’s.
- Assist in audit plans in the SAP.
- Orients technically and functionally the users on KPI, System Indicators as needed.
- Generate reports of system indicators.
- Provide training.
- Attend and perform functional tests of the system.
- Attend & coordinate meetings.
- Validates production and sales vs capacity plans.
