We are looking for Specialist, Import & Export (2nd Shift) to join our Bermudez Team.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

Apply trade compliance regulations and procedures into importation and exportation operation. 

Education and Experience Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field Foreign Trade, Finance, Administration, Logistic or similar. Bachelor’s degree (last semesters) in related field Foreign Trade, Finance, Administration, Logistic or similar.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in trade compliance areas. Experience in trade compliance areas.
• Annex 24
• SAP system
• Management of conflicts.
• MS Office - Intermediate
• English intermediate -75%
• Schedule availability

Required Competencies

• Experience in electronic and physical archive: the electronic file is made using scanned documents and extracted from Annex 24, as far as the physical file is concerned, it is done by keeping all the paper documents in the next 7 years, which are auditable by the Mexican and American authorities.
• Preparation of reports for the closing of pediments: this task is in charge of import and export specialists, since it is generated with the information that is handled daily.
• Catalogs Update: this activity is done based on information from the SAP system, for this position it is not done in a massive way, since is minimal the information.
• Review of information for virtual procedures: this review is done with documents provided by the warehouse and local suppliers before starting the process of virtual transfers.
• Preparation of documents for virtual transfers: activity carried out based on the information of the warehouse department and local suppliers.
• Informative reports and revisions. These reports run with a routine from annex 24 (ZOE).
