General Summary

Apply trade compliance regulations and procedures into importation and exportation operation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Electronic and Physical Archive:
    The electronic file is made using scanned documents and extracted from Annex 24, as far as the physical file is concerned, it is done by keeping all the paper documents in the next 7 years, which are auditable by the Mexican and American authorities.
  • Preparation of reports for the closing of pediments:
    This task is in charge of import and export specialists, since it is generated with the information that is handled daily.
  •  Catalogs Update:
    This activity is done based on information from the SAP system, for this position it is not done in a massive way, since the information to be updated is minimal.
  • Review of information for virtual procedures:
    This review is done with documents provided by the warehouse and local suppliers before starting the process of virtual transfers.
  • Preparation of documents for virtual transfers:
    Activity carried out based on the information of the warehouse department and local suppliers.
  • Elaboration of import and export invoices:
    Invoices for import and export of finished products and raw materials are processed through interfaces through the production system (SAP).

Elaboration of import and export invoices of machinery and equipment:
These are elaborated based on information provided by the distribution center, this procedure can be in definitive or temporary regime.


Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.

  • Completed career in Foreign Trade or Administration
  • 3 years of experience
  • Computer skills
  • Analytical facility
