We are looking for a Manufacturing I Engineer (3rd. Shift) to join our Juarez, Mexico team.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
Under indirect supervision, develops and maintains processes focused on optimizing the use of manufacturing resources. Analyzes the conditions and capacities of its areas and the equipment used in manufacturing areas. Perform time and motion studies.

• Documentation management and analysis
• Verifies the manufacturability of the products
• Proposes design changes for manufacturing
• Analyzes capacities based on volumes
• Identifies needs and provides area, supplies, facilities, equipment and machinery
• Design the flow and assembly method
• Lay Out design and maintenance
• Balancing of production lines
• Implement engineering changes
• Establish manufacturing processes that impact quality, cost and production volumes.
• Continually works on Productivity Projects to reduce costs.
• This position/function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment management system, its policy, applicable standards, and procedures.
• Ensure facilities, equipment and tools are optimal
• Provide the assembly method
• Personnel training
• Timely implementation of engineering changes
• Continuous improvement
• Continuous support in SAP (Engineering Functions)
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic/mechanical/industrial engineering or related field
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- English: Proficient
- Process and resource management
