Position Title: Team Lead, CRM


Job Location : Hyderabad 



General Summary:

Work effectively with different management teams in planning, coordinating, and designing operational activities to achieve the strategy, mission and objectives of the CRM group. This role will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Operations stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to identify opportunities to improve business processes, and manage the run and build related activities. Provides technical expertise, direction, and leadership to the CRM technical team for a project. Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented; Team lead develops and implements strategies to provide best customer experience and drive value for sales and marketing teams in business. 


Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Develop solutions Sales and Marketing processes. Act as internal consultant and design architect for CRM solution.
•    Leads and owns the CRM technical and functional area, working closely with IT and business leadership to manage project intake and delivery, as well as application support
•    Work closely with Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to understand, gather, and document business requirements.
•    Recommends solutions and develops business case alternatives. Pro-actively facilitates complex design and technical discussions and drives decision making process.
•    Responsible for end-to-end technical assurance, technical governance, technical best practices, the reuse of technical assets, and the assignment of technical work. 
•    Responsible for technical direction for the enhancements, project and support areas 
•    Supports the design, analysis and estimation of projects and enhancements.
•    Organizes workshops and proof-of-concepts in CRM to illustrate solution designs to business process owners and subject matter experts.
•    Develop Functional Specifications and work closely with system developers on design, testing, and troubleshooting to support system enhancements and implementation
•    Collaborate with the Devops, QA and QC teams to define processes and procedures for deployemet,configraiton best practies,customisaiton best practices, building Integration test library and automation etc..
•    Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project
•    Provide technical subject matter expertise for the technical delivery processes and implementation.   This may include, but is not limited to, informal meetings with team members on technical strategy of project; attendance at status meetings with business entities as requested: review and involvement in all technical work product reviews 
•    Work with other key architecture roles to ensure the technology is being applied to meet the business objectives (Applications Architect, Data Architect, etc.)
•    Play a role in guiding, mentoring and managing a team of developers through our internal processes, including Peer Reviews, Code Reviews, Test case reviews, etc. 
•    Recruit, select, manage and develop employees, if applicable. Make decisions regarding hiring, promotions, salary adjustments, discipline, and any other changes of employee status.
•    Manage end to end project planning for development effort, including development team management, issue management, and change management as needed. 
•    Recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards. 
•    Analyze the solution impact on existing systems and process, and work with various teams to finalize the scope and depth of testing required for production deployment.
•    Deliver projects by authoring/reviewing solution design, functional design, technical design, and test sets and collaborate with global teams in delivery.
•    Proactively recommend and implement enhancements and/or upgrades and ensure that architecture and technology standards are in place.


Related Education & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline  

Preferably Looking with 10+ years of experience in to Microsoft CRM/Dynamics 365 implementation and administration in small to large organizations

Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.
•    Subject matter knowledge in CRM functional area: Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Partner management.
•    Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration pattern to functional usage
•    Extensive experience with configuration of Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 and prior versions 
•    Experience in Salesforce system would be added advantage
•    Experienced in reporting architecture, as well as, data analytics and visualization with a focus on integration with BI platforms such as Power BI and Business Objects
•    Experience on writing Plug-ins and custom workflows, Experience in implementing JavaScript to MSCRM connectivity using Rest, ODATA web API
•    Experince in using Azure services for integration 
•    Ability to design complex systems and translate user requirements into business solutions.
•    Experience in interviewing business users, collecting and interpreting requirements, explaining the solution details to business audience and run business meetings.
•    A process- oriented, Continuous process improvement driven, with strong project management skills.
•    Must be able to effectively communicate and manage global development teams.
•    Leadership experience and strong team building skills.
