Sr Analyst, Technology Standardization

Job Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/ Goa

Due to continuous growth, CommScope is looking to hire a Senior Analyst, Technology Standardisation to be based at our site in Hyderabad. As an IT Technology Advancement & Standardization lead, you will facilitate and capture global input from site regional managers on existing processes. Ensure recommended processes are well-documented, sustainable, and scalable, and will continually monitor processes for improvements. In this role, you will define and streamline functions across global team members within the IT Site Support organisation and will serve as the primary interface between the site regional managers, vendors, and the cross-functional IT organisation.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

• Interact with the global site support teams to identify specific functions for areas of improvement.
• Aid in the enforcement of global standards and practices for information systems, operating platforms, business system architecture and IT policies within Site Support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for automated solutions for Site Support practices.
• Conduct technical demonstrations as needed.
• Coordinate the creation and documentation of global standard operating procedures.
• Plan, lead, and track initiatives with sufficient detail to facilitate successful implementations.
• Research new and upcoming technologies, identify and recommend where and how they may improve existing processes or enhance overall productivity. 
• Develop new and innovative ideas in a highly technical and cross-functional team environment.
• Work under the direction of the global site support leader. Obtain guidance and direction from Leadership in applying international standards.
• Not responsible for managing daily operations.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Preferably, 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Highly motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills – excellent communications, written and verbal
• Strong drive for team success, flexibility, and adaptability
• The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, use professional concepts, and apply company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
• Up-to-date knowledge of Information Technology systems, desktop computers and networking & server infrastructure concepts
• Support experience in business offices, engineering labs, manufacturing, and distribution warehouse environments
• Skilled in market research, tech-savvy, and knowledgeable in best practices for automating processes using co-pilots and AI tools.
• Experience in working with global IT teams.
